This is a transcript of the sermon written by Unkunvinst during the 3rd session.
Welcome, Christian brothers and sisters. I stand before you today because, just as our Heavenly Father sent his Son Jesus to minister to the world, so my father sent me, his daughter, to bring God’s message to you today. And just as the Holy Spirit was with Jesus, so my father, deep in prayer, is guiding me tonight.
We all know that today it is very difficult to be a Christian. The secular world surrounds and threatens us, and if we lack faith we will be swallowed up by the sins, the seductions, the blasphemes of the world. We need revivals like this to hearten and focus us. But even so, we must never forget that our work, the work of Christ, is in the world. In a life lived for Jesus, there is no difference between Church morality and day-after-day-after-God-blessed-day morality! Only a hypocrite would deny it! Remember the Gospels! Jesus himself spent his time with lepers and tax collectors — those outcast and morally diseased. He even showed compassion to a prostitute, and that compassion brought her to God. We must have faith that we, in Jesus name, can do the same. We are called to minister to those not yet enflamed by God’s grace.
Now, I’ve heard local Christians are trying to stop a salacious, fiendish concert! My friends in Christ, though it is always right to oppose evil, the Lord has spoken in my heart and revealed that this is not the path of true faith. On no! We must not fear the unbelievers; we must seize this opportunity to be more than Christians — to be “Christ-like” warriors in the battle against pure evil!
Jesus, praise his name, said that the faith of a mustard seed could move mountains and anywhere two are gathered in his name, he is present. Are we not true believers?! Are we not gathered in his name?! Like Samuel, we must be open and obedient when God calls us. We must have a vision of our faith, as strong as steel and as unyielding as a steam roller, yet as tender and prized as a delicate flower. With vision, hope, and Christ’s love, we will achieve the greatest miracle of our age: the mass conversion of a heathen generation to Christ! Join me, on a divine mission for souls! Amen!
